At times, individuals may deal with pressure in ways that make worse situations worse by reacting with feelings of fear, hostility,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicinenet.com\/anxiety\/article.htm\">anxiety<\/a>, anger, guilt, and moodiness.
